This version of the model includes updates so that:
- Energy demands can be entered as an annual average (before demand in every time step had to be specified).
- Technologies can have either a capacity large enough to meet the peak time slice (which is calculated endogenously) or simply be large enough to produce the total annual demand (though de-rated by the capacity and availability factor).
